Where do you ship?

We ship only within the United States, and standard shipping is free on every US order.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and usually arrive 4–6 business days after dispatch. A tracking number is provided when an order ships.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes. No-reason returns and exchanges may be requested within 30 days after delivery. Crazyaarons pays approved return shipping; see the Refund Policy for exclusions.

When will I receive a refund?

Approved refunds go to the original payment method and normally take 5–10 business days to process and post.

Can I cancel before shipping?

Yes. Contact us before the order ships. After shipment, the Refund Policy applies.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Checkout may display Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover. Charges are in USD.
